About Us
We are a group of students who are interested in cardiometabolic disease, specifically its prevention and awareness in community based locations throughout New York City. We have conducted a couple of screening campaigns in the City and in Jersey in community locations such as temples/community centers with the goal of screening blood pressure, waist circumference, and blood test for cardiometabolic risk. We hope to expand our operation and make sure the city knows about cardiometabolic disease processes, risk, and prevention strategies!
