About Us

The Child Psychiatry Group helps to foster student interest in the field of Child Psychiatry by providing direct engagement with the child psychiatry staff at Mount Sinai, connecting students to research opportunities and offering mentorship and clinical exposure through shadowing experiences, case conferences, and monthly clinical teaching sessions, so that students gain the skills, guidance, and networks needed to consider pursuing a career in child psychiatry.
