Q: What is MedDOCs?

MedDOCs is an after-school program run by medical and graduate students at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. The program consists of three modules (cardiology, pulmonology, and neurology) held over the academic year, with each module lasting 7-8 weeks.


Q: On what day are MedDOCs sessions held?

The MedDOCs after-school sessions are held on Thursdays from 4:30-6:00 PM. The MedDOCs+ summer program runs more frequently on weekdays over the summer.


Q: Can students participate in each module more than once?

No, students may participate in each module only once. The program includes one fall module (cardiology), one winter module (pulmonology), and one spring module (neurology).
