About Us

Veritas Forum is a student group that hosts interfaith dialogue events on campus. We plan 1-2 forums each semester from two professors of differing faiths centered around an ethical question or topic. We also have coffee chats where we pair students of different faiths to have positive interfaith dialogue to discuss the forum. We had a very successful forum this spring between Dr. David Muller and Dr. Farr Curlin on the topic of death and suffering, and we have since had several coffee chats and also a collaborative event with both speakers and the Academy for Medical Humanities. We are planning several forums for the fall, and are hoping to have student council support to be a recognized student group.
