At the end of each meeting, we will pick the next month&#8217;s book! Each book would grant an insight into different medical experiences from a human perspective, and can be a way for us to get in touch with the humanity of different illnesses while also creating a space to keep up with reading! Books can range from any topic (medicine, mental health, caretaker experience, cultural experiences) or genre (memoir, fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, prose)!
