Our goal is to provide these students with mentorship and excite them about pursuing education\/careers in science and medicine. MedDOCs is a year-long program held on Thursdays from 4:30-6pm. The school year is divided into three 8-week terms: Fall (cardiology), Winter (pulmonology), and Spring (neurology). During these terms, Mount Sinai student &#8220;&#8221;mentors&#8221;&#8221; co-teach (2 mentors\/class) a class of 8-12 high school students using interactive activities, pre-made lectures, and other forms of mentorship.
