About Us

East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP) is a student-run free clinic based in New York’s East Harlem neighborhood. EHHOP functions with a longitudinal chronic care model, caring for over 200 patients, providing primary and specialty care free of charge. In addition to direct medical services, EHHOP provides various assistance, social work, and resources directed at addressing social determinants of health within our patient population. EHHOP prides itself on making a continued impact for our patients, for the surrounding East Harlem community, and for the students who are able to gain invaluable experience training at the clinic.
