The East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP) is the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai’s student-run, physician-supervised free clinic. We provide primary care to uninsured adults in East Harlem. Our services are confidential and are provided at no cost.
A comprehensive medical clinic that services the complex primary, preventative care, and social needs of East Harlem’s uninsured adults, providing unique opportunities for advocacy, teaching of high-quality healthcare and innovative care delivery for students of medicine, nursing, and the graduate sciences.
The opportunity for all residents of East Harlem to have equitable access to high quality comprehensive healthcare no matter their ethnicity, language, immigration status, insurance status, or ability to pay.
