About Us

MedStart is a program run by Mount Sinai, designed specifically for NYC middle school students in grades 6 through 8. Completely free to participants, MedStart aims to make science and medical education accessible to all. Through dynamic, hands-on events, MedStart brings science and medicine to life, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity. By focusing on inclusivity and engagement, MedStart ensures that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to explore the wonders of science in a fun and interactive environment.
