About

The OUT List is a tool created and managed by medical students to promote visibility, and to facilitate awareness, networking, and mentoring for LGBTQ+ people and their allies at Mount Sinai. We hope that this online resource, which will be shared in various forms including on the LGBTQPIM website, will help to foster a sense of community among people throughout the Mount Sinai Health System.

While the OUT List currently only includes students, in the coming months it will be expanded to include faculty, staff, trainees, and alumni across the Mount Sinai Hospital System. All people are welcome to participate regardless of sexual orientation and/or gender identity/expression. We simply ask that allies identify themselves as such!
