The American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) is a national organization focused on supporting and advancing women in medicine through mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities. AMWA connects medical students with female physicians and mentors across a wide range of specialties, fostering guidance, leadership development, and career growth. The organization also promotes collaboration, advocacy, and community among women in healthcare.
