About Us

Club Gymnastics is a recreational sport open to all members of the Mount Sinai community. No previous gymnastics experience is required. Club activities consist of free weekly practices at a local gym (during the school year) and social events. Practices are in an open-gym format, but coaching (from fellow club participants) is available for beginners.
