The Public Health Interest Group (PHIG) is a student-run organization that aims to bring together students across all disciplines to create a spotlight on current public health issues.

The Interest Group is committed to:

● Raising awareness of current issues within the public health field.

● Informing students about educational and career opportunities in public health.

● Providing information and resources to graduate students interested in pursuing an MPH degree.

Additionally, the growing interest group holds events such as trivia nights, engagement in National Public Health Week, socials, and seminar-style lectures by leaders in the public health field throughout the school year.
