About Us

We are a community dedicated to supporting women in science through career development, networking, and peer support. We host social events and safe spaces to share experiences and challenges-like gender bias, imposter syndrome, and underrepresentation. We organize fundraising efforts and offer travel awards to help trainees advance professionally. In the past, we’ve partnered with other Sinai clubs and NYC institutions to create both recreational and professional networking opportunities. Our mission is to empower women in science to connect, grow, and thrive.
