Education: B.A. in Political Science and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, Yale University

Policy Experience & Interests: In college, Taylor worked on quality improvement projects and policy-oriented studies (e.g. research addressing ED overuse), and began to understand how policy can influence patient care. After graduating, she deferred medical school for a year to work for Hillary Clinton’s campaign as a field organizer, where she met many people whose health was affected by their social environments. Taylor has become particularly interested in the intersection between healthcare providers and policymakers, and wants to facilitate improved communication and collaboration between these two groups.
