Specifically, he led policy projects addressing sexual violence and student support in university communities, hospital community service plans, paid family leave, housing reform, sodium and nutrition warnings, and smoking. Charles is interested in those who work in community-based organizations, particularly the nature of their collaboration and their own stresses and support systems. Additionally, he seeks creative ways to address the health issues faced by populations and to ensure nobody slips through the cracks of our healthcare systems.
