The series invites different investigators from the Mount Sinai community to discuss their career progression with our postdocs. This includes the decisions they took along the way and the challenges they currently face.

We invite investigators from different backgrounds and at different stages of career, enabling an open and honest conversation on what it means to be a PI and the paths that can lead you there.
