Professional Development

The PEC organizes events and courses to help postdocs develop professional skills relevant to their career goals. You can learn more about these initiatives below. If you have a suggestion for an initiative that you would like to see developed, we would be very happy to hear from you.

The PEC is composed of a group of postdocs who are working together to improve the postdoc experience, and we would love for you to get involved. Joining the committee can support your own professional development, with the opportunity to take on leadership positions and to acquire transferable skills for your future. You can get in touch with us to know more: Sarah <sarah.boukezzi@mssm.edu> and Francheska <francheska.merced-nieves@mssm.edu>.
